About our Company ...
Amanda was born and raised in Manhattan, KS and is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, minor in Criminology. Being raised in the Midwest, she gained her knowledge about antiques by attending and working the auction circuits. In her mid to late teenage years she moved to Washington, D.C. where she attended her first estate sale and fell in love with the idea of the entire contents of someone's home for sale. Living and traveling up and down the East Coast for 15 years gave her treasures and memories she will never forget.
Amanda's real passion lies in helping people in need. She volunteers as a Court Appointed Social Advocate (CASA/GAL) and until recently was a Case Aid for a Juvenile Probation Officer in Pierce County. In 2009, she was awarded by Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire for her volunteer efforts with children. Today, Amanda continues to support Pierce
County Volunteers by contributing her time and resources to their Annual Awards Banquet.
